Gringos at the beach

A few days ago Crackerz and I played hookie and ate at Gringos down at the ocean front.  A good little dive resturant that may be a little difficult to find.  The food in general was good and it looks like it might just be the place to dine.  We had fun!

Salt Lick!

Yes some of you will get a funny look in their eye when I mention "Salt Lick", especially my friends in VA Beach and Pungo. Anyhow we are here in Texas and went to the "Salt Lick" BBQ joint in Driftwood, Texas.
A good joint if you are into BBQ, the sauce that they gave us was a gravy honey mustard flavor that was ooh so good over the sausage! Very Tastey! I think this place was on the Food Chanel so if you are in Austin, TX take a quick drive out into the Hill Country.
