Hey yall, look at the time of the post.. hog is on the cooker and the first beer of the day has been consumed.. So what in the hell are you waiting for.. Plan on shotgunning some beers at around 4pm.. Crackerz took some pics so those will be forthcoming..
as a technical note we need to post our secret recipies here... hog temp 250-300 degrees will be optimum....
